HOW TO ORDER
When ordering, please send an e-mail, quoting order number and price.

PRICES
Prices are net and in Euros.

VAT
VAT of 6% on books and 19% on all other items are added for buyers within the European Union. Traders within the EU with a VAT number are exempt from this charge through the margin system, provided they furnish us with their respective VAT number.

AVAILABILITY
Origianl art on this site are in stock and will be removed once a sale has been concluded.
In case two or more people order an item at the same time, (overnight, for instance) the first enquiry received will have preference over subsequent enquiries.
Goods will be held for 14 days to await payment. Thereafter, we may place the goods back on the site again.

SHIPMENT
Shipment will normally take effect within one week of payment being received.

Insurance at 1% of the invoice value will be charged.
Shipment will normally be made by Priority Registered Mail.
Shipment by courier or other method will be made upon request.

DUTY
Import duty or VAT (where applicable), packing and shipment costs are charged extra.

PAYMENT:
direct transfer or cash.

SECURITY
All customer information such as name, home or e-mail address, bank or any other details will be held in strict confidence and never be shared, published sold or given to third parties under any circumstances.
